CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders include personalisation and are made with love and care just for you.

Our current turnaround time is approximately 10 business days for your order to be shipped (excludes public holidays and weekends).

READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS (NON-PERSONALISED)

We have a selection of ‘ready to ship’ products. As we hold these in stock they will be shipped within 3 working days (excludes public holidays and weekends).

 

LAST MINUTE ORDERS

If you need something in a hurry please get in touch and let us know the date you require it by. We will let you know if there are any issues with the deadline provided.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any last minute orders at peak times such as Christmas, Easter etc.

 

COMBINED ORDERS

If you order both ready to ship and custom products within the same order, the turn-around time will be up to 5-10 business days. If you would like your ready to ship item posted within the 3 business days, please ensure you place two separate orders.
