COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE:

We will be operating within government guidelines for shipping while in lockdown. Orders can still be placed but will only be shipped in Level 3 or under. Please be aware this may cause some delays to your order being sent. Similarly, NZ Post are also advising of delivery delays of up to 2 working days once orders have been sent.

Shipping & Handling Fees

  • $6 FLAT RATE NORTH ISLAND tracked shipping (Excludes Rural)
  • $7 FLAT RATE SOUTH ISLAND tracked shipping (Excludes Rural)
  • $10 FLAT RATE NZ WIDE RURAL tracked shipping

Once shipped, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive. If you wish to check the progress you can do so at www.nzpost.co.nz using the tracking number supplied in your dispatch email.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We use NZ Post for all of our shipping methods. By selecting any of our shipping methods at checkout you are agreeing to the NZ Post terms of service. A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.
  • We not accept any responsibility for damaged, delayed delivery or missing mail once it has left our care.
  • Any orders that are 'Returned to Sender' due to incorrect information supplied or order not collected, will incur additional postage fees if it is to be redirected to another address or re-sent to the original address. We do not take responsibility for any additional postage fees.
